To perform service & user experience optimization by bringing the GAP between user, service and network performance i.e. through user data analytical, service KQIs and network optimization (E2E)
Able to use the data from tools to perform, analyze, troubleshoot, identify and provide solutions or suggestion on RF/PS core optimization from statistic performance, drive test, signaling trace, complaints handling, for WCDMA/HSPA/LTE/GSM/GPRS/EDGE network
Perform smart planning activities inclusive network resources audit and capacity management including TRX expansion and 2nd/3rd/4th carrier upgrade
Build & develop Customer Experience use cases to demonstrate our solution values to customer
Responsible for development, delivery and presentation of quality documentation as required by the customer to demonstrate the performance requirements under the conditions of the contract
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
Min 3 years of RF or PS core planning & optimization engineering experience in WCDMA/HSPA/LTE/GSM/GPRS/EDGE network.
Familiar/excellent in the fundamentals of WCDMA/ HSPA/ LTE/ GSM/ GPRS/ EDGE systems.
Familiar with/excellent in multi vendors’ wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization (added advantages).
Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
Experiences in service & users experiences (CEM) optimization & user insight data analytical (added advantages)
Familiar with world famous operators' working method and culture.
Able to work well in a fast-paced changing and experience working with cross-cultural teams would be desirable.
