JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the safe and efficient installation, commission, repair, and maintenance of cooling system & equipment (HVAC) at client site.
- To establish good relationships with the customers and maintain customer satisfaction.
- To lead and guide junior technicians as well as to ensure the operation of onsite team are carried out smoothly.
- Ensuring all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) inspections are completed based on required standards and regulations.
- Investigate, diagnose, and repair faults and report any critical issues to the Project Team.
- To ensure safety at work in line with the company H&S manual.
- To monitor and optimize spare parts usage.
- To prepare relevant report for engineering and servicing works conducted.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Have at least 3 years of experience as Technician or Servicing role in Engineering industry, experience in HVAC / Cooling system would be added advantage.
- Good knowledge and ability to perform mechanical, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
- Able to read, understand and follow engineering drawings and schematics.
- Good leadership and communication skills to guide junior technicians.
- Willing to work in shift / on-call basis during emergency cases.
