Job Descriptions
Customer Support (Pre-Sales)
- Respond to technical inquiries pertaining to test sockets.
- Support qualification/evaluation of test sockets at customer site.
- Work with local machine shops for retrofit/ modification to reduce turn around time for issues encounter during evaluation.
Customer Support (Post-Sales)
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting pertaining to socket issues at customer site.
- Responds to quality issues and supports the resolution of all customer complaints to prevent line down at customer site.
Information Management & Reporting
- Plans, prepares, and gives presentations to customers, trade shows, meetings, etc.
- May attend outside meetings, such as company group meetings, seminars, trade shows, conventions, and conferences for information sharing and learning purposes.
- Coordinates information with other teams in establishing and carrying out responsibilities.
- Collects, evaluates, and summarizes information to report to senior management to assist in decision making process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical from a college or university
- Min 5 -10 years experience as engineering field service support or similar capacity specifically in test sockets (designing, maintenance/ repair) in high volume manufacturing environment
- Must have a valid Driver's License in state of residence and be able to drive to customer locations
- Occasional travel is required by both car and airplane; sometimes overnight
