Job Descriptions
Responsible for detailed mechanical design and drafting work of IC Socket as per customer requirements
Generate and prepare detail of design drawing, BOM, within project schedule.
Work closely with machining supplier and provide good solutions for drawing issue
Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable socket functioning
Provide detailed accumulative tolerance analysis on design works.
Verify customer package drawing with existing socket drawing
Job Requirements
Possess min Diploma or Degree in Engineering
Min 3 years in Semiconductor or equivalent industry
Required skills in 2D, 3D, CAD, Solidworks, MS Office
Analytical design skill in problem solving related to socket issue
