JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defined the KPI for suppliers and closely monitoring and timely feedback
- Arrange customer visit and audit at supplier site to ensure running smoothly.
- Keep track on customer returned Failure Analysis units and response customer in time.
- Regularly Meeting with suppliers to discuss their production yield rate, issues feedback from customers and etc.
- Communication with our component suppliers for issues feedback, 8D closure and technical assistance
- Communication with our China factory personnel for technical assistance/clarification and documentation support.
- Disposition of supplier site defective materials.
- Communication with HQ personnel for any related issues arises required
- Perform periodical supplier on site Audit – drive for overall supplier quality improvement
- Customer visit may require – based on the requirement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Advanced/higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years work related experience preferable MNC.
- Required Skills: Supplier quality management, problem solving, SPC, CAPA, supplier
audit.
