Job Descriptions:
- Main interface to secure PCBA & electronics or Plastic & metal components suppliers quality issue;
- Lead Supplier Change Management process with cross function team;
- Manage the component PPAP approval;
- Plan and perform the supplier process audit for critical issue analysis and correction;
- Issue support/coordination during mass production phase for design related:
- Summarize and share lesson Learn for critical commodity issue;
- Manage the various steps in ERP system with quality team;
- Manage or give support to the supplier Continuous improvement;
- Manage supplier component issue(8D) happened in company and customer;
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor and above with major in electronic components or mechanics relative
- At least 5 years of experience in PCBA & Electronic or plastic insert molding & stamping parts manufacturing process/quality engineer including 3 years of supplier quality management;
- Be familiar with 5 tools of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 with auditor experience
- Full knowledge for Quality Systems, ISO9001 or IATF16949 auditor certificated
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing
- Good at Microsoft office software, good skills in Excel
- Be familiar with IPC610 and with good ESD knowledge
- Practice of Problem Solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, 6Sigma)
- Green or Yellow Belt certificate and familiar with data analysis tools are preferred
