JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To plan, direct and co-ordinate the activities of the department in ensuring department objective and key results are met through the effective utilization of resources with the ultimate goal of total customer satisfaction.
- Motivation of subordinates towards self-improvement and better job performance
- To lead, direct, plan and supervise the department activities to achieve the company set goals and objectives.
- Continuously seek to improve the work method effectiveness, work environment and resource utilization through proactive planning and implementation of new improvement programs with constant review and upgrading of existing system to ensure area improvement.
- To assure the achievement of company objectives through the proper selection, development, training, coaching and motivation of subordinates.
- To support new product transfer from development qualification and mass production stage implementation.
- To disseminate company key focus and information to subordinates to create alignment within the whole organization
JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain/Planning/Purchasing
- Master in overall Planning & Purchasing System and process to suit to business processes
- Good in Business Planning to maintain and fulfill customer order
- Familiar with government rules such as Custom Malaysia
- Master in inventory system for all type of materials (direct, indirect materials, accessories etc)
- Experience liaising and working with China counterparts and customers
