Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, resolving issues related to product performance and functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct training sessions for clients, educating them on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, logs, and documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Work closely with the sales, engineering, and product development teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Travel frequently to Thailand to engage with clients, conduct site visits, and support business expansion efforts.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Thailand (about 50%) for business engagements.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin; the ability to speak Thai is an added advantage.
