Technical Sales Support Engineer
A prestigious Japanese-based company, a market leader in power supplies for industrial equipment, is currently seeking a talented Technical Sales Support Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical sales support to customers in both local and overseas markets.
- Attend to customer inquiries and requests regarding product development and modification.
- Conduct appropriate training sessions on the technical aspects of our products for customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives aimed at meeting sales objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide relevant technical support and advice.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 4 years or more of experience in the power supply application industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of power supply systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and training sessions, both domestically and internationally
