Job Responsibilities
Manage the complete order, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping for online shopping order.
Maintain precise inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure goods are stored in optimal conditions.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes to uphold high standards.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to warehouse staff to enhance skills, promote safety, and support career growth.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse operations.
- Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control system
- Proven ability to lead and manage warehouse teams effectively.
