Job Description:

Accounts
  • Full spectrum of Accounting activities including full set of accounts and reporting to SG Office.
  • Analyse variance relating to expenses (actual vs budget)
  • Analyse monthly P&L and prepare reports for explanation to Management for exception items.
  • Ensure accounting policies and procedures and statutory requirements are adhered.
  • Credit assessment and ongoing review of credit status of customer accounts.
  • Monitor credit limits for customers and reporting of delinquent accounts timely.
 
Office Administration
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to the local regulations and company's policies, procedures and standards.
  • Regularly keeping up to date of changes to local regulations and make proposal/adjustment for compliance.
  • Execute the implementation of procedural and policy changes as imposed by company.
  • Review & streamline office administrative work process & its cost-effectiveness.
  • Involved in the contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
  • Implement Company's IT initiative & adhere to directives from SG Office.
  • Manage procedures in relation to employment, training and appraisals in accordance to SG Office.
 
Ad-hoc
Carry out project implementation or improve works being assigned by immediate superior

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of accounts working experiences 
  • Degree in Accounting or professional qualification
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, PP, SAP System
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, responsible and able to communicate well.
  • Good time management
  • Willing to work as a team
