Job Description:
Accounts
- Full spectrum of Accounting activities including full set of accounts and reporting to SG Office.
- Analyse variance relating to expenses (actual vs budget)
- Analyse monthly P&L and prepare reports for explanation to Management for exception items.
- Ensure accounting policies and procedures and statutory requirements are adhered.
- Credit assessment and ongoing review of credit status of customer accounts.
- Monitor credit limits for customers and reporting of delinquent accounts timely.
Office Administration
- Ensure compliance and adherence to the local regulations and company's policies, procedures and standards.
- Regularly keeping up to date of changes to local regulations and make proposal/adjustment for compliance.
- Execute the implementation of procedural and policy changes as imposed by company.
- Review & streamline office administrative work process & its cost-effectiveness.
- Involved in the contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
- Implement Company's IT initiative & adhere to directives from SG Office.
- Manage procedures in relation to employment, training and appraisals in accordance to SG Office.
Ad-hoc

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of accounts working experiences
- Degree in Accounting or professional qualification
- Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, PP, SAP System
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, responsible and able to communicate well.
- Good time management
- Willing to work as a team
