JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement business development strategies, plans and initiatives in order to increase construction order book and expand market share.

Present, negotiate and follow-up with business proposals and presentations for the purpose of successful project/business procurement from potential clients.

Monitor relevant economic, financial and social market and business trends in order to develop comprehensive knowledge management.

Provide leadership and groom subordinates to be highly competent team members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education minimum degree level preferably from engineering or finance background.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering and construction conglomerate environment.

Practical knowledge of business development and project management for construction business.

Knowledge of local business and government rules and regulations.

Strong market knowledge and networking within property developers, government authorities, and the construction industry in general.
