JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support
1 Verify customer drawing, and propose the proposal
2 Invite customer come to TC, webinar and events
3 Provide consultation and product verification based on solution proposal
4 Assist in defining appopriate products to customer
5 Liaise with Japanese to resolve technical issues relating to technical, software etc
6 Correspondence for customer service call or inquiry.
Sales Support
1 Provides presales and post sales services to support the sales team
2 Develop project plans schedule costs and budgets with Sales and Engineering Team
3 Provides machine demonstration/presentations to customer based on CAD/CAM intergrated solution and machine operation 4 Routine visiting to customer to promote tooling, software version
Customer Onsite Support
1 Software - re-training, troubelshooting & maintanance.
2 New Software Delivery - conduct software training for software
3 New Machine delivery - support service for machine installation, setup & training
KL Technical Center Management - collaborate with Sales Admin
1 Machine layout, delivery, installation plan
2 Machine utilities (power, air, gas)
3 Machine condition check
4 Material stock check and inventory list
5 Sample layout, poster and one voice sheet display
Event
1 Monthly event theme planning
2 Conducting event/technical seminar periodically
3 Event slide review and reheasal meeting
4 Preparing machine sample
Reporting
1 Review monthly result and make action plan
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Engineering or quivalent
At least 2 years working experience in related to Technical Sales
Able to work under minimum supervision
Good Team player
Possess own transport
Willing to travel within Malaysia
