Job Description
- To control ID control or Administration Task
- Control ID Registration Task
- Supporting Head Office Reporting gathering information
- ID Self check for all system registration status
- Budget control about comparing budget as its usage
- Prepare reports and presentation slides, as assigned
- Arranging Meeting, book meeting rooms and conference facilities as required
- Update Office policy as needed
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
- Maintain a good filing system for both paper and electronic records
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in any related fields
- 1-2 years working experience in related fields.
- Experience with Office Management software like MS Office ( MS Excel and MS Word) and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Organization Skills with a Problem -Solving attitude
- Excellent personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to work and meet tight deadlin
- Ability to multitask
