Job Description
  • To control ID control or Administration Task
  • Control ID Registration Task
  • Supporting Head Office Reporting gathering information
  • ID Self check for all system registration status
  • Budget control about comparing budget as its usage
  • Prepare reports and presentation slides, as assigned
  • Arranging Meeting, book meeting rooms and conference facilities as required
  • Update Office policy as needed
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
  • Maintain a good filing system for both paper and electronic records
 
Requirement:
  • Bachelor Degree in any related fields
  • 1-2 years working experience in related fields.
  • Experience with Office Management software like MS Office ( MS Excel and MS Word) and Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Organization Skills with a Problem -Solving attitude
  • Excellent personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to work and meet tight deadlin
  • Ability to multitask
