JOB SUMMARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports for Local, Regional, and Group management, addressing related queries promptly.
- Report on business performance across various markets, highlighting variances against targets, and ensuring accuracy and improvements as needed.
- Provide timely sales information to the Management and Commercial teams, including monthly sales forecasts and targets.
- Prepare monthly P&L forecasts up to Gross Margin for commercial and planning teams.
- Maintain key components and data within financial systems and Polaris Reporting and Planning applications.
- Ensure the accuracy of A&P submissions by the Marketing team in Polaris Reporting and Planning application.
Planning and Analysis
- Conduct first-level variance analyses of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to provide business insights.
- Assist in Strategic Planning, Rolling Forecast, and R&Os preparation.
- Support the development of accurate financial forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain a financial information database.
- Collaborate with other teams on routine and ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Use and maintain Volume to Value software for forecasting, ensuring data accuracy and hierarchy correctness.
Projects and Process Improvements
- Participate actively in the company’s digital transformation journey.
- Drive master data management and validation activities for planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Support PR’s Beyond Budget ambition and related projects.
- Assist in the integration of the Anaplan tool for business planning.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives like BI tools implementation and process automation.
Key Relationships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including local and group-wide supply chain functions, commercial and marketing teams, and local management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Expertise in predictive analysis, statistical methods, and data interpretation.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with proficiency in computer modeling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and business partnering capabilities.
- Results-driven, proactive, and action-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- IT proficiency, especially with Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools, and ability to integrate information from various sources.
- Proficient in standardizing information and performance management decks.
- Skilled in predictive analytics and scenario thinking.
