Inside Sales (B2B - Engineering/Manufacturing)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A multinational manufacturing company located in Shah Alam is looking for a skilled and experience candidate in B2B inside sales, with the skills in providing technical advisory regarding the product. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding focus on business targets, technical consultation, and maintaining customer relationship management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Expand target account growth and continuously develop pipelines for telesales accounts.
• Acquire new telesales accounts by identifying potential customers and coordinating telesales call schedules.
• Understand current and potential customer needs through building personal relationships and identifying key requirements.
• Assist the Business Area Manager in implementing telesales marketing campaigns, generating leads, and managing pipelines.
• Provide high-quality solutions to suspects, prospects, and customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university
• Demonstrated experience of 1-2 years in telesales or similar sales/customer service roles
• Preference for experience in engineering /manufacturing /instrumentation /laboratory telesales or technical fields
• Exceptional command of spoken and written English
• Strong business acumen, especially in identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions
