JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and ensure smooth operations for Japanese sweets store

Plan and execute marketing campaigns

Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met

Respond to customer complaints and comments

Organize special promotions, displays and events

Manage accounting and financial records

Oversee the training, recruitment and supervision of staff

Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion and display plans

Cost control and reviewing annual budget
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree/Diploma in any field

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Able to speak, read and write in English and Japanese
