JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing our client requests via our communication channels which include phone, email and live chat.
- To understand and deliver company strategies, as well as increase customer service through self-service implementation.
- To take ownership of client issues and concerns, such as operational issues, pricing, invoice queries and others.
- To identify and escalates difficult and complex issues to Team Leader and(or) Manager.
- To handle a high volume of client and consumer queries professionally.
- Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality, always maintain client information confidentiality.
- Individual (KPIs) and team goals will be held to account.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be fluent in Korean with business level of English (Equivalent to Topik level 6)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experienced in Customer Service will be added advantage.
- Have excellent phone manners, communication skills, listening skills , critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate both as a team and independently.
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Willing to work rotating shifts.
