• Plan the internal and external/subcontracted testing activities related to its project’s portfolio.
• Define and optimize the characterization tests plan jointly with the test requesters according to our standards and special requirements.
• Define and execute experiments setup (hardware and software).
• Carries out tests and measurements (electrical, climatic, EMC, mechanical, vibrations)
• Analyze data and write tests reports
• Proactively communicate with the test requesters and technical experts
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain our level of expertise on testing

Skills and Professional Background:

• Engineering University degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or similar
• At least 3 year in laboratory field, a previous experience of close collaboration with R&D for characterization tests and with manufacturing is a real asset
• Effective experience in LabVIEW. (TestStand is an asset).
• Troubleshooting and Problem-solving abilities of testing setup
• Good knowledge in data processing and statistics (Python and/or Excel)
• Assertive and critical thinking
• Organized and able to manage several projects
• Fluent in English
• Team worker with excellent communication skills
