A local holding company is looking for a Material Planner to become part of their energetic team. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient supply of materials required for production and operations.
Job Responsibilities
Utilizing software systems to evaluate and forecast material requirements.
Collaborating with production and purchasing teams to ensure sufficient material supply.
Evaluating supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timeliness.
Implementing inventory management strategies to avoid shortages and surpluses.
Regularly reviewing material demand and supply patterns to identify trends and make necessary adjustments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in medical or FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems.
Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, forecasting models).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
