A multinational wellness company is looking for a high-caliber leader to grow its business and establish a strong operational team in Malaysia.
The main responsibilities for the National Sales Manager include:
- Responsible for reseller management including rapport building with key leaders and supporting the growth of their network.
- Manage company events and ensure the quality is up to Company's standard.
- Work closely with the internal team to strategize and implement group-level and local marketing & promotional campaigns to boost sales.
- Lead the product and sales training programs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the direct sales or multi-level marketing company.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, as there is a need to work with stakeholders in China.
- Pleasant and dynamic personality, good communication skills and team mindset.
- Flexibility to work on weekend and willing to travel.
- Leadership and excellent team management skills.
