QA Manager

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; and recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventative action plans on any non-conforming event.
• To spearhead all QA Operations to systemically drive down bottlenecks that impede the overall QA standards within the organization.
• Demonstrate skill in preventive quality engineering methods, data analysis, critical thinking, structured problem solving (8D), the use of metrics to identify opportunity, and business process improvement.
• Liaise with customer regarding quality feedback and to provide quality support to the organization and manufacturing facilities.
• Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards, and legal, customer and company requirements.
• Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics and the achievement of the organizational goals.
