Job Descriptions
Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; and recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventative action plans on any non-conforming event.
To spearhead all QA Operations to systemically drive down bottlenecks that impede the overall QA standards within the organization.
Demonstrate skill in preventive quality engineering methods, data analysis, critical thinking, structured problem solving (8D), the use of metrics to identify opportunity, and business process improvement.
Liaise with customer regarding quality feedback and to provide quality support to the organization and manufacturing facilities.
Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards, and legal, customer and company requirements.
Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics and the achievement of the organizational goals.
Job Requirements
Min Bachelor's in mechanical/ manufacturing or any related filed
Experience in manufacturing industries (Die- Casting, Sheet Metal, CNC machining) or any related industry
Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance in managerial.
Technically competent and knowledgeable on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO13845, IATF 16949 correlation study,
GR&R, MSA, SPC, IATF core tools, GD&T, QC 7 tools, Quality plan, product and process knowledge in manufacturing field
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt qualification is a must.
