Qualification
Degree in Engineering
Preferably min 5 years in electronic manufacturing
Working knowledge of all quality system elements
o IATF 16949 knowledge
o Basic 7 Quality Control Tool
o SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, Poka Yoke concept and problem solving tools (eg, 8D
methodology, Ishikawa, 6 sigma, PDCA)

Job Description
To ensure all products and services meet the objectives/targets set in the Quality
Plan and customer’s quality requirements. (CSR)
To drive daily operation issues pertaining to product quality and customer
complaints with execution of the CHP (Customer Complaint Handling Procedure)
accordingly.
To take lead in New/product transfer to Malaysia plant and customer qualification.
To carry out task/projects assigned by supervisor and deliver as per commitment.
To drive daily operation issues pertaining to product quality and ensure all quality
control in place to ensure high quality product are produced.
Supplier management on supplier rating, performance, audit, SCAR & incoming
material controls requirement to ensure high quality incoming material supplied to
production floor.
To ensure final gate effectiveness to assure good product are shipped to customer
