Job Responsibilities:
- Addressing sales and technical inquiries, explaining product features, supporting product selection, providing comprehensive product training and hosting technical seminars, and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conducting customer visits, reporting insights to Japanese superiors, and actively participating in sales and technical presentations to expand company's market footprint.
- Proactively increasing client base by forging new relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Primarily responsible for the Penang and Kedah regions with occasional travel to Kuala Lumpur. Additionally, your role will involve travel across Malaysia and overseas, providing a unique opportunity for professional and personal growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Having sales experience in the Electronics and Electrical (E&E), Semiconductor, and Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Factory Automation products, including PLC, Servo, SCADA, and Robotics.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese, Japanese (preferred)
