Job Responsibilities
- Develop HR policies and implement initiatives aligned with the overall company business strategy.
- Setting HR metrics and track progress (e.g., turnover rates, cost per hire
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues to promote healthy work environment and discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.
- Support and suggest improvement for recruitment process (of local and foreign workers), Performance Appraisal that drives for high performance.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans & review departmental budgets.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Minimum Degree in HR/ Business Admin/ Management or any equivalent professional certification
- Experience: Minimum 13 years of proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role or of any HR managerial role position in mass manufacturing environment
- Skills: Good in Change & Culture Management, Talent & Leadership Development, Employee Total Rewards Management, Employee and Industrial Relations
- Attributes: Hands-on with all HR processes including payroll system. Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, solid understanding of labor legislation.
