JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Responsible to drive sales and marketing efforts, build strong client relationships, and ensure sound credit management.
The role involves preparing and evaluating credit proposals, monitoring loan servicing, and safeguarding the bank’s interests through effective risk management.
Cross-selling initiatives, stay updated on market trends, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
A strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements is required, along with the ability to manage compliance risks in daily operations.
This position also includes supporting ad-hoc tasks from senior management and contributing to the department’s overall success.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
Degree in finance, banking, accounting, or any related field
Obtained professional credit certifications like PCC, CCE, or BCP will be added advantage.
Minimum 8- 12 years of experience in corporate banking, with strong credit and marketing knowledge and a solid understanding of regional business dynamics.
Candidate with good exposure in FI or capital markets/syndications will be added advantage
A results-driven mindset, strong business acumen, and customer-focused approach are essential.
