Our client is an established EMS company, emerging as a market leader in the design and manufacturing of IoT and home automation products. They are now seeking talented individuals with an innovative mindset to join their Engineering team for their newly setup manufacturing plant in Romania.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
- Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.
- Trouble shoot process related issues.
- Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
- Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements.
- Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve inhouse capabilities.
- Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer
- Responsible for all SMT, Auto insert, Manual Insert, Washline and Xray
Job Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of relevant course.
- Excellent technical skills with systematic problem-solving approach
- Knowledgeable with Lean Manufacturing.
- Independent performer with ability to work under minimal supervision.
- This role is based in Romania.
