JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop manufacturing processes and tooling to optimize cost and productivity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production and maintenance teams.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and tooling life enhancement.
- Maintain accurate documentation including job files, technical drawings, and process records.
- Collaborate with Quality Control and Production departments to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Apply ISO 9001 and ISO 45000 standards in daily operations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and defects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering / process optimization, preferably in the metal stamping industry.
- Proficient in SolidWorks, MasterCAM, AutoCAD or related applications.
- Knowledgeable in GD&T, MRP systems, material flow, and capability studies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
