The role is to deliver support to the end user, managing the IT project, and to effectively and efficiently fulfilling the business objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver expert technical support services, offering guidance and troubleshooting for all application systems.
- Lead and oversee IT projects throughout their entire life cycle, ensuring timely project completion.
- Conduct testing and collaborate with end-users to facilitate ongoing improvements to the system.
- Potentially involve minor coding and unit testing tasks.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development/support and IT project management.
- Proficient in SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server, computer programming, scripting, and possess basic networking knowledge.
- Familiarity with banking products is considered an added advantage.
