Our client is newly established manufacturing company in Malaysia. They are doing high-precision plastic machining.
Currently they are looking for hands on assembly professionals who are ready to be on the production floor, lead people and get thing done. This is an critical on-site role for our client new manufacturing project. If you have experience assembling machines or equipment and used to supervising technicians or operations, we want you.

Key Responsibilities: -
Support daily assembly operations on the production floor
Ensure assembly work is executed according to plans and schedules set by Assembly Management
Coordinate and manage manpower on site
Monitor work progress and ensure timelines are met
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical or operational issues
Act as bridge between the shop floor and Assembly Management Group
- Maintain a safe, organized and efficient working environment
Requirements:
Hands-on assembly experience at an equipment or machinery manufacturer
Minimum Supervisor / Senior Technician Level experience preferred
Comfortable Supervisor / Senior Technician level experience preferred
Able to communicate in English or Chinese (to coordinate with minimal teams)
Practical, proactive and problem-solving mindset
Willing to grow with a new manufacturing project
