Our client is newly established manufacturing company in Malaysia. They are doing high-precision plastic machining. Currently, they are looking for Part Control Manager to manage and control part delivery schedules based on the assembly process.
You will need to ensure all components arrive according to plan, and you will promptly escalate issue to group management when risks or delay occur.

Immediate Intake
Key Responsibilities: -
Manage delivery schedules for both companies arranged parts and customer supplied parts
Ensure all components arrive in line with assembly and production schedules
Coordinate closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers on parts status
Monitor potential risks such as late delivery, missing parts or quantity issues
Escalate issues and delays to group management promptly with clear information
Track parts arrival status and support smooth assembly execution on site
Maintain basic records on parts schedules, delivery status and issues
Requirements: -
Experience in parts management, material planning, supply chain coordination or production support
Strong coordination, follow up and scheduling skills
Must have language skills to coordinate with group management (e.g: English / Chinese / Japanese, depending on assignment)
Comfortable working in a manufacturing / assembly environment
Detail oriented, responsible and able to manage critical tasks
