Customer Service Executive
A rapid growing MNC in Bayan Lepas / Georgetown is looking for a Customer Service Executive to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Main responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive role
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers' questions via inbound phone calls and email.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field
- Proficiency in Mandarin & English Language.
- Must be able to speak, write & read in Mandarin.
- Experience in customer support or call Centre industry will be added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
