Customer Service Executive

A rapid growing MNC in Bayan Lepas / Georgetown is looking for a Customer Service Executive to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.

Main responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive role
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers' questions via inbound phone calls and email.

Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field
  • Proficiency in Mandarin & English Language.
  • Must be able to speak, write & read in Mandarin.
  • Experience in customer support or call Centre industry will be added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
