Job Responsibilities
- Answering customer inquiries about products, services, and company policies. 
- Handle and communicate with customers from domestic and international company. 
- Providing information on shipping options, costs, and delivery times. 
- Liaise with our company headquarters/Factories in Japan regarding products or materials samples. 
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and any changes in company policies. 
- Addressing customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions. 
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary. 
- Following up on customer issues to ensure resolution. 
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 
- Documenting customer feedback and reporting it to relevant departments. 
- Handling customs and import/export regulations. 
 
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling shipping operations or customer service management 
- Attention to detail in documentation and shipment processes 
- Able to work with minimum supervision
