We are looking for hands on and business oriented Inhouse Technical Consultant specializing in D365FO Microsoft Power Platform to support regional digital initiatives for North America operations. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with ability to engage stakeholders, understand business processes and deliver practical, scalable automation and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving system enhancements, workflow automation and data visibility across enterprise functions.
Job Responsibilities: -
- Design, develop and deliver solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse) to support business operations.
- Work closely with regional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of customizations and integrations. Collaborate with the project team to deploy solutions, providing technical support and troubleshooting pre-implementation and post implementation
- Integrate applications with SharePoint, SQL databases, Azure services and external systems via APIs or custom connectors
- Participate in end-to-end project delivery including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment and post implementation support.
- Configure security roles, manage environments and ensure adherence to governance best practices
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis and implement continuous improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide user support or training when required
- Collaborate with overseas stakeholders and support cross time zone communication when necessary
Job Requirements: -
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse)
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI including DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solution with SharePoint, SQL databases, Azure services and external APIs.
- Familiar with end-to-end SDLC processes including requirement gathering, development, testing and deployment
- Good command of English and comfortable supporting North America stakeholders
- Independent, solution oriented and able to work in a regional environment
