JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, manage and hands on in machine software control on R&D projects and solution development
Expected to establish the core competency and become the content expert within the group to provide guidance and solve related technical issues
Defines scope of Engineering projects and services and is responsible for electrical control engineering projects from the design phase through installation and implementation.
New technology path finding and continue to innovate new solution for improvement and technology enhancement
Lead team brainstorming for problem solving, DFMEA and machine software/system review discussion
Assisting the team training needs, guiding the team competency development, learning and growth
Conduct and lead issue investigation, troubleshooting and work with cross functional team for solution implementation
Regularly updating and reporting of engineering and automation project performance, progress, and analysis
Determine project specification and schedule by studying the product requirements and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong in software programming and electronics/electrical design
Well versed in Visual C++, Visual C#, VB.NET programming language
At least 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor Equipment Fabrication in management roles
Significant hands-on experience and understanding of software and electrical engineering on Semiconductor Assembly and Test Equipment design and development
Strong background in data analysis tools including electrical signal processing to validate and refine reliability test methods is an added advantage
Significant practical experience in developing and engineering lead in Semiconductor assembly equipment & test handler is an added advantage
Experience in leading & developing a strong performing R&D team (seem meaning duplicate with above)
Possess good leadership, good experience of project management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in WLCSP with strategic innovative mindset will be added advantage
