ABOUT THE JOB
Strategic and collaborative position within the human resources function. Work closely with business leaders and departments to align HR strategies with overall business goals. Contributing to the overall success of the organization by aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand the overall business strategy and objectives. Ensure HR practices and initiatives to support the achievement goals.
  • Addressing employee concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Involved in talent management processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, and identifying key talent within the organization.
  • Implementing and managing performance management processes. This includes setting performance expectations, conducting performance reviews.
  • Involved in organizational development initiatives, such as change management, organizational design, and culture development.
  • Collaborate with local HR(s) to ensure that the compensation strategy aligns with the business goals. Provide guidance on salary decisions and help communicate benefits information to employees.
  • development and implementation of HR policies. Provide guidance to business leaders on HR-related legal matters.
  • Identify trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR and business outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 8 – 10 years working in HR field.
  • Minimal travelling required.
  • Regional exposure would be added advantage.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Hybrid working mode and flexible working hour provided.
