Job Descriptions
- Design and implement new processes or modify existing ones to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Analyze production costs, material usage, and waste to identify areas for reduction.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, inventory management, and shipping processes.
- Evaluate processes to identify potential hazards and implement solutions to reduce ergonomic risks to improve workers’ safety and comfort.
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
- Min 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and process documentation techniques.
- Knowledge of cost analysis, material flow, and inventory management.
- Familiar with health, safety, ergonomic, and quality standards, including ISO 9001 compliance.
- Capable of managing or supporting projects involving process changes, equipment upgrades, or system improvements.
