Job Descriptions
Design and implement new processes or modify existing ones to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
Analyze production costs, material usage, and waste to identify areas for reduction.
Work with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, inventory management, and shipping processes.
Evaluate processes to identify potential hazards and implement solutions to reduce ergonomic risks to improve workers’ safety and comfort.
Create project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
Min 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and process documentation techniques.
Knowledge of cost analysis, material flow, and inventory management.
Familiar with health, safety, ergonomic, and quality standards, including ISO 9001 compliance.
Capable of managing or supporting projects involving process changes, equipment upgrades, or system improvements.
