Job Description:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by offering tailored product solutions and resolving sales-related issues effectively.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, understanding customer requirements, and presenting strategic proposals.
Foster trust by actively listening to client concerns and providing comprehensive after-sales support.
Work closely with internal technical and development teams to ensure customer feedback and needs are integrated into product development.
Job Requirements:
Possession of a valid driver’s license (mandatory).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments.
Proficiency in English; fluency in Malay or Chinese is an added advantage due to the market support.
Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint being a plus.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Prior experience in the plastics industry or industrial equipment sales is strongly preferred.
