JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist Maintenance Manager and oversee day to day engineering and maintenance support for production, equipment, and utility facilities.
To ensure efficient operation of plant equipment and machinery as well as minimize production downtime.
Planning and overseeing scheduled preventative maintenance as well as corrective maintenance.
Liaise with relevant authority on the facility approval and changes.
To ensure plant machineries operations and maintenance are in compliance with health and safety legislation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Machine Maintenance or equivalent.
Have more than 5 years of experience in Maintenance Management in Manufacturing industry, experience in Food Industry would be added advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Familiar with Safety & Health regulations and industry standards.
