JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely and efficiently with the Director to ensure he is well-informed about upcoming commitments and responsibilities, with appropriate follow-ups.
- Manage the Director's schedule, overseeing the seamless execution of meetings, deadlines, presentations, and other responsibilities.
- Arrange travel plans for the Director, including coordinating flights, accommodations, and other itinerary details.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the Director and internal departments to facilitate smooth interactions.
- Work in tandem with the Director's driver to organize transportation and outstation arrangements.
- Attend and provide translation services during meetings, facilitating effective communication between Korean and English speakers.
- Interpret and translate verbal and written communications between Korean and English for the Director.
- Offer administrative support as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in spoken and written Korean, English, and Malay.
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in the specified languages, as the selected candidate will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders within and outside the company.
- Preferably, have a background in business management and/or personal assistant (PA) services.
