Key Responsibilities:
- Full Product Lifecycle Management - Managing the full product lifecycle for all products in assigned categories, ensuring relevance, competitiveness, and profitability from launch to end-of-cycle. 
 
- Project Management - Lead category projects including new launches, improvements, end-of-sales, and end-of-cycle actions to optimise portfolio performance by analysing product sales performance and customer feedback to assess strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas. 
 
- Strategic Product Roadmap - Develop and execute product roadmaps by identify opportunities and product gaps to align with business direction, customer needs, and sales objectives. 
 
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Procurement, etc.) to align product strategies and gather cross-functional inputs for product initiatives. 
 
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or related fields. 
- Professional certifications in Data Analytics or Product Management are an added advantage. 
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in product strategy/management, business analysis, or strategic planning. 
- Preferably experienced in household and home appliances. 
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
