Job Description:
Manage and oversee manufacturing processes to ensure products work well and are made cost‑effectively.
Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainability.
Monitor production performance and adjust manpower, shift schedules, and overtime to meet targets efficiently.
Prepare operational budgets and ensure all production costs stay within the planned budget.
Plan and track production costs to ensure products are made profitably and efficiently.
Stay updated on new manufacturing technologies.
Analyze production data and implement improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with planning, engineering, and assembly teams to meet deadlines and support production requirements.
Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring department efficiency and achievement of KPIs.
Hold team meetings, ensure clear communication with colleagues and management, and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
Job Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in Planning, Procurement, Finance, or Process Engineering preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Background in Finance, Business Administration, Math/Statistics, or Engineering is suitable.
Knowledge or experience in Procurement, Costing, Manpower planning, or Manufacturing/Operations is beneficial.
Project Management experience or PMP certification is an added advantage.
Must be able to communicate clearly across departments, convey key messages effectively, and be assertive when needed.
Must be hands-on and willing to put in extra effort during business planning and reporting cycles.
