Job Descriptions
- To set Business unit policy and goals in line with Top Management’s plan.
- Manage and oversee budgets, plans, and programs of the individual sections under his/her charge to ensure the optimum utilization of equipment, space, labor, and materials as per the guidelines set.
- Assure the continuous improvement of productivity, cost down, cycle time, and quality level of the division under his/her charge through both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Coordinate and liaise with other Business Units within the company and establish cross-functional groups as and when necessary to carry out Top Management’s objectives.
- Plan contingency and recovery actions when manufacturing capacity, schedule or delivery plans cannot be achieved.
- Enforcement of participation on Company established relevant Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, RBA/NXP requirements.
