Well established chemicals plant in Sarawak is expanding with multiple on going projects is looking for E&I Manager to lead the department.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations
- Implement strategies to optimize production processes and increase operational efficiency
- Develop and manage the plant’s budget, controlling costs and resource allocation
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures while maintaining operational excellence
- Work towards emissions reduction and energy efficiency in plant operations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards, working to minimize safety incidents and environmental impact
- Generate regular reports to monitor key performance indicators and plant performance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- At least 10 years of production experience in plant management, preferably in an industrial
- chemical/ gas environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control
- Budget management and cost control experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to drive change and lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Prefer Sarawakians, but non-Sarawakians are welcome to apply
