Our client specializes in the manufacturing and selling of wire harnesses and connectors for the automotive, electronic accessories, home appliance, and medical appliance industries. They are currently seeking for a Production Manager to join their ever-growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Organize production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Oversee production staff, including training, performance monitoring, and attendance tracking.
- Enforce quality standards to ensure products meet established requirements.
- Manage production budgets, identify cost-saving measures, and implement process improvements by introducing new technologies to enhance productivity.
- Address and resolve issues, delays, and challenges in the production workflow.
- Assess and allocate resources for optimal efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Degree in related Engineering or Management field.
- Min 7 years of experience in Production and Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve production issues and improve processes.
