Our client specializes in the manufacturing and selling of wire harnesses and connectors for the automotive, electronic accessories, home appliance, and medical appliance industries. They are currently seeking for a Production Manager to join their ever-growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Organize production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
Oversee production staff, including training, performance monitoring, and attendance tracking.
Enforce quality standards to ensure products meet established requirements.
Manage production budgets, identify cost-saving measures, and implement process improvements by introducing new technologies to enhance productivity.
Address and resolve issues, delays, and challenges in the production workflow.
Assess and allocate resources for optimal efficiency.
Job Requirements
Degree in related Engineering or Management field.
Min 7 years of experience in Production and Manufacturing.
Knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve production issues and improve processes.
