Job Responsibilities:
- Manages projects from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress tracking.
- Manages project activities within constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Ensures development and delivery align with quality standards and contract requirements.
- Manages all aspects of ongoing programs, potentially including the development and implementation of new programs.
- Responsible for managing performance and completion of major contracts or product programs.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Project/Program Management, Customer Service in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to maintain close interface with existing and potential customers on product and technology development.
- Manufacturing knowledge of plastic injection, stamping, casting, machining, sheet metal, and packaging is advantageous.
- Exposure to electro-mechanical precision assembly with a background in process engineering is an additional advantage.
